We’ve been producing custom logo apparel for years. And we have learned a lot over the years. We understand the importance of your logo and the pride and hard work it represents. That is why we guarantee that you will be happy with both the items you buy from us, as well as how your logo looks on them.
Sometimes slight modifications need to be made to your submitted artwork for the best results. We have found over the years that unless those adjustments are major, or you specifically request to see proof before production, it is much quicker and easier for us to show you your embroidered or printed logo on the finished product, for that is the true test.
Please note, that embroidered logos must fit roughly into a 4 by 4-inch square and that all letters and numbers must be at least 1/4 of an inch high to be readable. If your order is for printed items, maximum print size is 12 by 12 inches. Please also note that with printed apparel, if you want different color versions of your printed logo, you must speak directly with us to ensure the order is completed correctly. Finally, we request a deposit of 50% and the remaining 50% is due upon completion of the order. Please let us know if you have any questions about any of this.
